Sunday Trail Runs
Join us every Sunday morning for a friendly, free trail run through the beautiful South Downs. We meet at Cranks Cafe at 8:20am, ready for an 8:30am start, and runners of all abilities are welcome. Choose from 5km, 8km, 10km, 15km, 22km or 28km routes, with something to suit everyone from complete beginners to experienced distance runners.
If it’s your first time, you won’t have to run alone. Our Run Buddy system pairs new runners with one of our friendly regulars, who will guide you around your chosen route.
Fancy a challenge? If you can run all the way up to Chanctonbury Ring without stopping or walking, you can claim one of our exclusive “I BEAT THE HILL” T-shirts completely free!

Enjoy beautiful trails, fresh air and friendly company on our regular social group rides across the South Downs.
Our rides are completely free to attend, and all abilities are welcome. Whether you ride an electric mountain bike or a regular off-road bike, come along, meet fellow riders and explore the countryside together.
